Curlisa Henry

Driven by a deep commitment to patient advocacy and education, Curlisa pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health, where she developed a keen interest in maternal and child health. Her journey with GloMom Inc. began as an intern and progressed to a board member role, where she passionately contributes to enhancing health outcomes for pregnant women and mothers, with a particular focus on Worcester County.

Dr Eloise Edgings-Pryce is board certified in Family Medicine and Family Medicine fellowship trained in obstetrics.

She works at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency caring for patients from birth to geriatric age, including doing high risk obstetrics, colposcopy and caring for the homeless. 

About half of her time is spent working in hospital, mostly on the labor and delivery and postpartum floors. She does normal and operative deliveries, newborn care and trains/supervises resident physicians.

Dr. Akosua Korboe is a primary care doctor practicing in Boston. She is passionate about preventative care and delighted to be a part of this session.

Dr. Zach Mazone, D.O., is an Osteopathic Family Medicine Physician. A graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Zach, is dually board certified in Family Medicine (both Allopathic & Osteopathic). In addition, he is also certified by the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine and enjoys using herbs, natural remedies, and lifestyle strategies with patients of all ages. Dr. Zach works closely with local midwives and obstetricians providing osteopathic and integrative care for pregnant women and for mothers and babies postpartum. 

Kim Mazone has a passion for teaching and building community relationships with people of all ages. She has a diverse background in education and health. Kim has had the privilege of supporting birthing couples as a doula for the last 20 years, teaching natural childbirth education classes, and is an apprenticing midwife. Kim has also provided fitness training and lifestyle counseling, taught elementary school, and homeschooled her two children through high school.
