Inspired by John 15: 1-9

What does community in Christ really mean? At the BTYA Fall Retreat 2024, explore the necessity of being connected to Christ and having quality Christian community.

The Program

Friday

Arrival and check-in on Friday evening will begin at 5pm followed by dinner and our opening program.

Saturday

Saturday’s schedule includes group prayer, midday worship, thematic activities and a bonfire. Saturday will be the bulk of the Fall Retreat experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served to all attendees. 

Sunday

After breakfast and morning worship, Sunday gives attendees the opportunity to enjoy all of the recreational spaces available. Soccer fields, tennis courts and more will be available until we leave at 1pm.

The Location

Camp Ramah is less than 2 hours away from Boston and situated a short drive off the main road. The camp features several indoor and outdoor recreation spaces. All cabins have their own bathroom and we will only be using their winterized accommodations (i.e., all rooms will have heating).

The Ministry

Boston Temple Young Adults (BTYA)

BTYA is the young adult ministry at Boston Temple serving college/graduate students, and young professionals across multiple churches, cities and towns. Our young adults are part of many SDA churches, they live and work in and around Boston.  We host bimonthly vespers and social events for young adults in the Greater Boston Area. If you can’t make it to the retreat, we hope to see you at vespers or another event sometime soon. Vespers are held at 7pm on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month.

Registration

General Registration: $95

Student Registration: $70

Couples Registration (married): $170

Saturday Only: $50 Includes meals and activities for Saturday only; overnight accommodations are not included.

This retreat is for adults ages 18+. Married couples or singles are welcome to attend with their young children but please know that the programming for the weekend will be catered to young adults. Please let us know if your children will be joining you.

Accommodations for Couples and Families

There is limited availability of rooms that are suitable for married couples, singles with children or families. These rooms are first come, first served. Once these rooms fill up, you may still register as a couple but you may be sleeping in separate cabins. Buying Multiple Tickets

Please purchase a separate ticket for each person so that we can collect the necessary registration information. If you purchase multiple tickets at once, your registration may be canceled.
