Our Project – $1.2 million building upgrades

  • Estimated 12-week project from August through early November 2025

  • 45 new high-efficiency windows

  • Removal of an 80-year-old oil-burning boiler

  • Installation of modern, energy-efficient heat pumps for year-round heating & cooling

Our Current Goal: $80,000

  • End-of-year fundraising goal (Sept. - Dec. 2025)

  • Provides one year of loan payments
